This was custom made and is absolutely beautiful! Amazing quality and only worn once. My measurements that I sent in for the custom fitting were: 35.5 bust (I didn't wear a bra though so someone with a smaller bust would fit) I'm 5'6" tall and wore 3 inch heels and it dragged a little. I didn't have it hemmed but it could be for someone shorter Waist: 30". Blue in first picture is NOT same as actual dress.
