Could you give the waist measurement and post the fabric content/care tag please?

Sorry about that. I can tell you that the fabric is 100% cotton. As to waist measurement, I'll have to get back to you on that---but what I will say now is that the waist is elastic (easily expandable--not super tight elastic).

If still interested, the waist is 15 1/2 (x2) and washing instructions are cold water, & to maintain, crinkle wring dry.
