Beautiful colorful flowery Top

Size L. Awesome colors in the flowery flowy top. Laying flat bust 18", top to bottom 22". Teal, lime, maroon and spots of dark brown. Dark brown attached cami inside. Ruffle sleeves I show in pic. I.N. San Francisco brand. I know it is sold on Dillards. Possibly a junior size but not sure. Just too small for me. 100% polyester
