Beautiful embroidered boho dress

this is a size medium but someone tacked the sides smaller to fit a small. the stitches would be really easy to remove. the back is smocked. it's a lime green with beautiful teal accents. it's really stunning, I just never wear it. the brand is apsara but it reminds me of those 90s magic dresses or sakkas.
