Beautiful embroidery dress

I bought this intending to wear it for my wedding but ended up with something else. This dress is gorgeous! Very clean! Black halter ties around the neck, has beaded top and black embroidery details. Full zipper in back and tulle to add fullness. Asking what I paid please. Size 14 in the UK. I'm assuming it to be a size large but to be sure, please pay close attention to measurements as followed: Waist 16.5" Bust 18" Length w/o straps or tulle 31.5". No stretch.
