What more can you say? This is the perfect hat! It gives me a sexy detective lady vibe. The hat has beautiful netting attached with a peacock sword feather accent. Inside you can see it is a finely made hat out of San Francisco. Estimate this late 1960s and it’s in perfect condition. Also includes an elastic band to help secure it on your head
