Beautiful fine fabric navy blue evening dress.

This dress is stunning. The fabric is fine quality. It has a built-in slip. I bought this from Dillards to go on a cruise. But we had to cancel the cruise due to the covid. So I never had the chance to wear it. Even though this dress can be worn anywhere. I just don't go like I used to. I don't have the tag's. As I have a very bad habit of tearing the tag's off.
