Beautiful floral dress

This is a super cute above the knee dress. Has a cute faux wrap tie on the side. Plunging (ish!) neckline, and cap sleeves. The dress is black with pretty floral design in reds and oranges, with a touch of blue, cream and green! Can be dressed up with heals or more casual, with flats. Material feels lovely and soft (polyester and spandex). Only worn a handful of times. Waist measures 13 inches, armpit to admit is 17 inches. Length is 36 inches (from shoulder to hem).
