Beautiful floral red dress

Small I am 5’5 and it covered my feet completely. It fits amazing because you can tie it in your waist. The top part is transparent so any under shirt that is black or red would look just fine. I wore it with a lace bra and it looked very elegant. Prepare for many compliments!
