Beautiful floral skirt w/ some flaws

This beautiful floral skirt is very good quality, has lasted very well and is super comfortable. Fully lined, I wear it high on the waist. It does have some flaws reflected in the price and the photos. I wore this when I was a size 2 but was also able to wear it when I was a 4 and 6. 15.5 across waist (31 around), 18in across hips when laid flat (36 around), 21in long. I think I bought this in the Jr’s department but I wore it as an adult and it worked well. Zipper in tact. Offers welcome.
