Beautiful flowy, strapless dress

This dress is so comfy! It is a flowy strapless dress with padding in the chest area. It has a cute bow & cutout in the back. There are two layers of the bottom part is it is not see-through. It has blue, green & pink floral design on the bottom and a plain navy top part. It’s lightly used and from a cute boutique so it’s a unique find!
