Beautiful formal dress

Long black formal dress with three different fabrics (see last picture) to create a beautiful and subtle design. From the former K Lily of Virginia Beach. Size 10. Hem on back of dress has come out and is currently pinned (see picture). Discoloring under arms shown in pictures. Have not tried to remove. It pains me this doesn’t fit anymore!
