Beautiful free people boho mini dress

Worn 1 time- turquoise base color with small flowers scattered throughout with colors of sea foam, and a burnt yellow orange. Dress has an elastic stretchy top with sewn in adjustable arms either wear them up on shoulder or off shoulder or off completely ruffle hemming at bottom extremely flattering on- for to my middle finger when arms are down by my side.
