The hemline is absolutely gorgeous..it has a ruffle finish and the front is slightly higher topped off with a sweet little rosebud. The brand is California ZOE. The material is Rayon and Crepe. The size is Medium Hand wash Drip dry. A lovely spring dress for any occasion.
