Beautiful halter cocktail dress

Great dress. Halter top with two buttons at neck, thin tulle petticoat hangs out from under the skirt. Rhinestone embellishment on belt. I wouldn’t be getting rid of this if it fit my chest better. Not for the busty gal! Please let me know if you have any questions! Happy shopping!
