Beautiful halter style Lilly dress

This dress has never been worn,it is due, however, to poor tailoring. I attempted to have the dress fitted by a tailor, and the results were a chest that sticks out. I am selling the dress on here at greatly reduced cost, hoping that someone can fix her work and be able to wear this beautiful dress.
