@simurgh I will ask my friend, they're not wool if I had to guess, they're really soft, I think that they're a organic cotton and bamboo blend. My boys were in the NICU so long they never got to wear these except for a photo opportunity. By the time they got out of the hospital the weather was warm the boys we're in the NICU for 2+mo.
