Beautiful handmade vintage sleeveless pleated dress with belt

Vintage dress ties at neck, has lined bodice, back zip and hook closure and pleated skirt. Light breathable fabric has some texture to it. Handmade, so no tags. See photos for measurements. A previous owner added a hole in the belt so smallest length from end of buckle to hole is 29". Dress size is 4/6. Beautifully made, see photos of dress inside out. Excellent vintage condition.
