I recieved this and absolutely love it. It's just a tad to bright for my color pallete. There is no tag. I believe this originally came from a boutique. It should fit a size XS-L. Depending on how you like the fit. The pit to put measurement is approximately 22". This is a fun pink and teal paisley pattern. The sleeve have a glare at the cuffs. It does have a tie you can either wear it like that or untied like a kimono/duster. Fast shipping.
