Beautiful holiday smocking outfit! Like new! 18M

Received last year for xmas, only worn once, washed in free and clear, low dry. Absolutely gorgeous smocking dress / twirl top with coordinating leggings. Ruffle shoulders and bottom, embellished gingerbead figures and house. Beautiful! Just the wrong size this season unfortunaly when we tried on! Runs slightly big IMHO.
