@clyde_the_cat Hi! Sorry for the delayed response, I was out of town. Thank you so much for your interest! It was only worn once, has been dry cleaned and kept in a bag ever since. The length of the arms is 22 and a half inches. The length of the skirt is 21 inches. Please let me know if I can do anything else!
