Beautiful lace- up velvet heels by Colin Stuart.

Beautiful black velvet shoes with gold piping! Each shoe features three velvet ruffles that cascade up the foot with laces that wrap around the ankle. At the end of the laces they have black velvet tassels. The heel height is 5 1/2” with a 1 1/4” platform. The insole length is 10 1/2”. They are beautiful shoes and comfortable to walk in. They are almost like brand new as they’ve only been worn once or twice. They would be a perfect and stylish addition to any gal’s wardrobe!!
