Beautiful light blue silk Pretty Little Thing Maxi dress

Beautiful long, light blue, silk PLT Maxi dress, I loved this dress it just didn’t fit me and I couldn’t return it. I literally just opened it and put it on to try on, but it was too big. I’m not usually a 4 so that was my fault so I’m sure it’s true to size!
