Beautiful little girls linen size 5 dress. 26 inches from neck to hem. Chabre brand. Oh and a children’s boutique. The collar has a few light stains and also the back of the belt. The stains on the collar almost look like part of the emerald tree on the collar. From what I remember the dress was over $100.
