Beautiful love stitch long sleeve flower dress, Large

This women’s dress is in beautiful condition. Bell lace sleeves and drawstring tied front. There is a very small tear by the back/neck that can be fixed (see last photo) I’m just not a good sewer. Small mark on tie. Regardless will still be a wonderful outfit for someone very unique! I’m very tall and didn’t realize how short it was on me. Hand wash smoke free home no dryer
