Beautiful mermaid style prom dress!

To me I think it is more of a Navy blue color and it is slim up top with a flowy bottom. Some gems are lose or gone but dress is so dark you can hardly tell. I wore it once to a military ball and won best dressed. It has been alterd to fit me but just barely. I am 5'10 and had like 3 inch heels on in the picture. Please someone take this beauty!
