Beautiful midnight blue/silver top.

This is a 2 in 1 top with attached jacket. The rich midnight blue color is accented with a silver swirl detail. The material is polyester but looks like velvet. I wore this to New Year’s Eve party with black velvet pants and got so many compliments. Hand wash.
