Beautiful open back cotton summer dress by Theory. Blue/white striped bit stretchy fabric, beautiful open back detail, length- bit above the knee ( but obviously depends on your height. Very simple casual effortless chic! Great used condition- worn only couple times. Size 8 but feels more like 6 ( guess runs bit small).
