Beautiful, flowy high-low skirt is shown with a bathing suit top (sold elsewhere in my closet). The fabric is very soft and stretchy with a wide elastic waistband Is 18.5" across measured flat and stretched is 23". Length at shortest point in front is 22.5" and lowest point in back is 43"
