Armpit to armpit is about 16 1/2 inches when it's buttoned Shoulder to hem is 31 inches Fabric according to the tag is 62% polyester, 35% cotton, 3% spandex for the outside and polyester for the inside. The fabric has a pretty sheen to it! I have definitely dressed it up and down so it's pretty versatile!
