@11addie hi there! Armpit to cuff is 18inches- armpit to armpit when flat is about 18inches but it also has some give since the material is sort of pleated to fit around a woman’s chest and the buttons are “rope buttons” and cuff to cuff it is about 54inches straight - but again some give because of the chest
