eburns02 @amylmaclellan hey, I added another photo so you can see where the hem line hits me, it's slightly lower than mid thigh and I am 5'4.5" and usually either a size 4 or a 6. I actually don't know what the fabric is made of as the tag doesn't say :/ I looked online for some info but couldn't find any on this specific coat. I looked at other similar coats made by the same brand and most of them were wool blends on the outside and polyester on the inside. Hope this helps!
