Beautiful red top with bell sleeves and ruffles

Never been worn but missing tags. Brand is J&M but bought from Shop Hopes boutique and it was called the "mrs claus" top. It is a soft stretchy material, non see through and has beautiful bell 3/4 length sleeves with white ruffles on the sleeves and at the bottom
