Beautiful rich red velvet wrap dress

Beautiful rich velvet wrap dress. Short sleeves but go to about my elbow, skirt hits just below my knees and it is a wrap skirt that can tie to your level of a cinched waist but it is sewn shut so it cant open on a windy day. Beautiful deep red, I got so many complaints when I wore this it is just too big for me now. It is the perfect balance of comfort and beauty!
