Beautiful rooster feather skirt

Like new unique skirt worn once to Swan Lake ballet. Skirt has liner with zipper on side. No known flaws. See photos for placement/structure of feathers and colors. Sits a little tighter on my 37” hips considering the material has no give or stretch, which is the reason for selling 😢 Waist measures approximately 13.5” from zipper across when laying flat. Hip measures approximately 18” across when laying flat. Length measures approximately 19-20” from top to bottom depending on length of feathers when laying flat.
