Beautiful royal blue, one strapped formal dress

Really beautiful royal blue one shoulder, stretchy formal dress bought at a boutique for $190! Gathering on back and fabric design in front, is very slimming!! Tight fitting and falls just below the knee for me, I’m 5’3. Wore once to a wedding, right after having a baby and it was very flattering!! Two tiny ( barely noticeable ) spots on bottom ...can probably come out, shown in pic 3. **I should specify it says large but fits like a Medium** I also have a DD Bust. *smoke & pet free home*
