Beautiful ruffle vest

NWT - boutique bought. This is sheer and has that great crinkle look. Eye-hook closure in the front. Buttons as accent detail. Ruffles along the neckline, arm holes and bottom. Falls at hip. Could be steamed to remove that wrinkle look - I just prefer not. Put this over a tank in the summer snd it is perfectly styled 🖤
