Beautiful sequined top dress

This purple dress has sequins on the bust and the rest of it is very flowy. The straps are adjustable. The waist is 27 inches but because it ties in the waist you can be smaller and still have the dress work. From shoulder to hem it is 35 inches but keep in mind the straps are adjustable.
