High low style, elastic on the bottom of the sleeves. Beautiful design on the neck/shoulders. This blouse has never been worn. I purchased it & waited to long to return it. The only reason I'm parting with it is, it's to tight on my arms. It's a very pretty dark coral color. The pants are in my closet also ... make it an outfit :)

@rosannem627 Hello Roseanne, I am sorry for the delayed response. I have been on vacation. I think it would probably be tight as the fabric doesn't have any stretch to it.
