Beautiful sleeveless, flattering women’s dress, size 12

This dress is dark blue on top, with a sash that wraps around and ties at the waist. The skirt is floaty, and is primarily dark blue, coral, pink and white. This is perfect for an evening date, a wedding, a summer party, or any other fancy event. It is extremely flattering and form fitting on top.
