rhondaanne1970 @danaconour hi. I'm sorry- I hope you and yours are well. I finally got to get together all 5 grandchildren and two daughters for a cook out. I left the time up to my husband and he chose noon! anyway- I ended up in my room crying most of the time- ive entered the horror house of menopause. fun. it's horrible! and of course anytime I get upset- it's menopause according to the husband. of course it is- I've never gotten angry with him before! lol.

rhondaanne1970 I strip around 50 x a day, and not for fun. sucks lol. the hot blinding anger, the overwhelming sadness, the paranoia, and thinking non stop about everything and anything is going to drive me insane. it's a very good thing that I don't own a gun because a few men would be? lol. let me know how you are!

danaconour @rhondaanne1970 So menopause and guns DONT mix!lol. My mom had hers taken away during her menopause. Me, I got road rage. Never had it before and I drove in California. Ice/cold items in the whoha or sitting on cold gell packs helps a lot for overheating. It sucks but will kinda go away after a year or two. I don't take menopause supplements but talk to your doctor. Family especially men do not know how to deal. Be patient.
