Beautiful sparkly teal blue sheer blouse

Gorgeous fancy sheer black chiffon style tunic blouse with heavy encrusted sparkly sequins and beads around the neckline area and the sleeve cuffs. This blouse is very sheer so you can either wear a very fancy bra underneath or a silky tank top which is what I wore. The top is around 20 years old and I purchased them in multiple colors.
