Beautiful spring formal dress by “Rebecca”

this is a lovely spring time formal dress. This dress features a very beautiful element in the front center. There is a gather and a sheer fabric that hangs lower than the rest of the dress. This fabric flows and moves pretty in the breeze or with movement of the person wearing it. This dress is design designed by “Rebecca”. There are no size or fabric tags. Measurements Bust 32 inches Empire waste 28 inches Length from Empire waste to him line approximately 46 inches this dress is from the 1970s or 80s. It was purchased by a personal acquaintance of mine. The dress has been hanging in a climate controlled closet in the smoke free pet free family home for several decades. This dress is in beautiful condition. I’m not sure if the dress was hand tailored but if you view the photographs of the dress turned inside out, you will see the quality of the craftsmanship that went into making this dress
