Beautiful turquoise Italian cutout dress

I bought this gorgeous dress in Italy several years ago and the time has come to pass her along to someone who will give her more love. Only worn 4-5 times. Very pretty, flattering, and comfortable! Artigli brand size 42 - fits like 4-6, could possibly fit larger sizes due to the stretchy material. PLEASE NOTE: this dress has a tendency to have loose elastic strands. So far I have not found it to cause any cosmetic problems. The bottom edge along the dress is a little frayed but that is how it came and it doesn’t look bad. Overall I think this dress is so beautiful and not impacted by this issue, but it can be mildly annoying. Let me know if you have any questions.
