Beautiful turquoise embedded ring in silver | Tres bohemian! Size 7 or 8(?)

Not sure if this lovely ring is genuine silver or genuine turquoise but it is beautiful none-the-less. The front measures 1" from top-to-bottom, but I do not know the actual size. My fingers (size 9,) are just too fat to put it on but it does fit just above my ring-finger's knuckle! I think it's either a size 7 or 8, so the size may be a bit of a gamble for someone. However, it's still a very cool piece for the woman who wants to make a statement!
