The jacket fabric is 35% polyester, 30% wool, 30% nylon & 5% other fabrics in a turquois plaid
The skirt fabric is 100% polyester in a solid turquois color
It has an elastic panel in the back waist
Measurements:

Shoulder to hem 24"
Skirt waist across the front 15" (without stretching the elastic)

Maybe they made more than one version, but I have this exact jacket & it has pleated shorts in matching material.. but I think I like this better.
