Beautiful vintage dress

This is a beautiful vintage dress with a bird and bamboo design. As pictured there are some small stains. Everything in my closet has been in my personal collection. I am a hairdresser so this is likely hair color. So I have no idea if the stains will come out. But it is still very very wearable. It is on the Shear side so you will need a slip or something to wear under it. That is not provided with this dress. Reasonable offers considered lowball offers will not.
