Beautiful skirt! Made in India, 100% rayon. The true color is a faded indigo blue as seen in first photo. The elastic in the waistband is shot so this is best for someone who wears a size large or who wants to have it replaced. I have taken in the sides a little bit as you can see in the photos but that is easily taken out. 15” waist flat 34” long Small blemish in the fabric in the back as you can see from photo.
