Beautiful vintage long skirt 😍☀️

Stunning bright orange vintage long dressy skirt with bling . Tie waist . Says free sz . For reference I am 5’7 -150 pds and this fits nicely. 😊 only worn once to a festival. I am unsure of the material since there is no tag inside . I’d say it’s cotton and spandex . But I am not certain .
