Beautiful vintage wedding dress with staining and beadwork loose-missing

Tag says size 10, but I had altered. When I wore, I was roughly 125 pounds 5 foot nine. Does need dry cleaned. Dirty in areas. Some bead work missing. comes as is please zoom in on all photos for exact condition. Does have staining around the chest area and around bottom with dirt marks. Measurements in photos fits like a size 2-4. 100% polyester. Pit pit, roughly 15 inches across. Roughly 64 inches long at bottom measuring from back to very top make up staining on the inside around chest area.
